While some clients prefer to meet monthly, others prefer to schedule their coaching session as needed. We'll work together to scope out a coaching program that fits your needs.
Yes - a business may sign employee(s) up for Leadership Development. Working in partnership with the business and employee(s) we can establish tailored development plans.
Yes - if a business is interested in group development, we will work with the business to identify training and development needs and we'll develop a plan. This could include a one-time facilitated session or on-going group/individual work.
